This is a co-ed class for teens aged years old. Each student will learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai, boxing and fitness training. Skipping rope, footwork, bag and pad work, and conditioning are all a part of classes. Participants will develop the physical attributes of the Martial Artist: agility, balance, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, and strength. Teamwork is very much encouraged in our classes! Benefits of Muay Thai for Teens: CROM is a community where teens are taught to support one another and show respect for their training partners.

Classes are available for ages 5 and above and are designed to accommodate all levels of boxing and fitness. Whether your children just want to try something new, or have dreams of becoming athletes in the future, they will love our classes and one-on-one program! We offer a training system which promotes strength training, cardio, striking, conditioning, and full-body training. Exercise is important for growing children. It helps your little ones grow up to be strong, healthy individuals.

Here at Revolution, you can start your first class at any point. Male and female students start their first classes almost every day, and we are by far the best beginner-friendly kickboxing club in the entire Toronto area. In fact, our Muay Thai kickboxing classes are simple and easy for beginners to learn. We teach the execution of strikes across eight points, including two points fists in boxing and four points fists and feet used in sport-oriented martial arts.
