Lost didital camera nude pics

Images of the mystery blonde were posted on the internet - supposedly in a bid to trace the owner of a camera lost on holiday. And the revealing pictures prompted tens of thousands of offers of help in the quest to return the lost property - at a rate of one every five seconds. But the object of their fascination turns out to be Wendy, a model who poses for X-rated pictures online. The Facebook plea read: "We are trying to track down the lovely lass in these photos so she can be reunited with her lost digital camera.

EXIF tracking services help find missing cameras

An embarrassed French backpacker has put out an appeal to help find her camera containing a series of "artistic topless" pictures. Lily Mika, 26, says she lost the Lumix digital camera in a layby on a trip to Scotland about a week ago. The camera has been following her around Europe as part of a photography project. Her aim was to publish a book of the photos as part of a mission to raise awareness for breast cancer and issues affecting women's empowerment. While the camera was immaterial, it was the photos she wanted returned.

Two services that search web images for the serial number of the cameras that shot them are helping to re-unite owners with their lost and stolen cameras. Both work by looking for the serial numbers embedded in images uploaded to services such as Flickr. You also receive an identification tag for your camera, to help recover it if lost, rather than stolen. Stolen Camera Finder, meanwhile, requires only that you drag-and-drop a file from your camera for it to read the EXIF and start searching for public photos with their metadata intact. Although hardly flawless neither can search Facebook because it strips EXIF data and some cameras, including all Sonys, don't include their serial numbers , both sites have led to photographers being reunited with their cameras.
